Making a 3D vision reality.
3D
Tasked with creating a title sequence, I chose to design an intro for my capstone project: Quoia Design System. Quoia is a community-based design system with an emphasis on collaboration and accessibility, built around a naturalist brand theme inspired by the sequoia. I wanted the title sequence to immerse viewers in that world, so I built a full forest environment in Blender, complete with trees, foliage, a winding trail, and atmospheric lighting.
Before building anything, I storyboarded the sequence shot by shot, mapping the camera's path from the forest floor, up through the towering trees, and along the winding trail to the moment the logo emerges from the foliage. Each frame sets a camera move and the pacing for the animation that followed.
With the shots planned, I built the environment in Blender, laying out the sequoia trunks, growing the ferns and ground foliage, and modeling the Quoia letterforms so the logo could sit naturally within the scene. These workspace views show the forest taking shape, from bare geometry to a fully dressed set.

Lit and rendered, the environment becomes the world the title sequence lives in. The camera drifts through god-rays and flowering ground cover, past mossy fallen logs, and arrives at the Quoia logo, glass letterforms wrapped in foliage, revealed in a sunlit clearing.
